Content guidelines
Writing and structure guidance for KnowledgeAtlas articles, histories, comparisons, glossaries, company profiles, and fictional examples.
Article structure and tone
Open with a definition, establish scope, use logical headings, explain terms plainly, and separate established description from interpretation. Avoid praise, slogans, first-person promotion, and unsupported superlatives.
Source handling
Do not invent publications, quotations, clients, reviews, awards, offices, staff counts, or performance outcomes. Demo references must say that they exist only for layout testing.
Company profiles
Describe activities and history in attributed, measured language. Distinguish supplied information from independently verified facts and do not imply endorsement through repeated promotional text.
Special formats
Histories explain periods and uncertainty; comparisons disclose criteria and avoid forced winners; glossaries link concise definitions to fuller context; lists explain inclusion and do not imply rankings.
Prohibited content
KnowledgeAtlas excludes copied text, hate content, adult content, medical misinformation, defamatory claims, political persuasion, deceptive reviews, and fabricated evidence.
